Hi Stella! Great to hear from you again. You have an interesting perspective on connections. And something that you highlight really well are the degrees of connections we can have with those who are part of our world. Ultimately though, the control over how deep those connections go lies with us.

As you know I am a great believer in 'the meaning of our communication with others lies in the response it gets and not the intent' so if you are getting a different response to the one you want, you may need to look at the message those around you are receiving from you!

Thanks for the feedback on the website. Glad you are enjoying it.

My problem is the exact opposite to your proposed 'CONNECTIONS'. I want to be disconnected as all my life I have always been 'connected' and I am tire of being connected. If I am friendly and open to people it doesn't mean it is an invitation for my life 'resume'. People and total strangers in general want my life story at first instance and just don't understand friendliness is not being your confidante (this takes trust and life long understanding). So, your proposed 'Connections' is good but you must teach people the difference being friendly and being too personal.

Your website is good by the way!

Great comment Stella! Sometimes we can waste time trying to turn weaknesses into strengths. I would rather focus energy on building on my strengths and finding ways to manage the weaknesses so they become irrelevant!

For example, I'm shocking at drawing. I could go and learn how to draw. And I might get to be ok. But the effort I need to put into that would be better spent honing my training skills (which I'm good at) so that I go from good to great, not shocking to ok!! The interesting stuff happens at 'great'.

Thanks for your comment.
