Building on over 25 years of working and leading in HR and People Management, Guy Hargreaves is the driving force behind The Workplace Coach. Guy's extensive experience in senior roles across the Australian Public Service and the private sector fuels his passion for creating engaged, productive and healthy workplaces.

He brings expertise spanning the full spectrum of HR services including building manager capability and creating transformative change within teams. He specializes in helping his clients work through the often challenging areas of performance management, workplace investigations and dealing with conduct matters and terminations. 

Alongside a Master's Degree in Human Resource Management, Guy holds certifications in workplace coaching and workplace investigations. His commitment to personal learning underscores a dedication to developing exceptional leaders and cultivating high-performance workplaces in the face of evolving challenges and opportunities.
